Journey into L.A. following the steps of a real street-dance

4 days before  travelling to the United States … Weekend in Bratislava is over and and I have 90% of my things packed. points from my check-list are are being done and the action plan is being fulfilled. I am heading to California to train funky dance called “Locking”.

It’s a dance that evolved in the  60-70′s even  before the disco era .Together with Electric boogallo is on of the basic components of modern hip-hop today. Michael Jackson or John Travolta danced locking too. They incorporated this dance into their moves. I am very happy too meet one of the legends alone. I am meeting the Shabba-doo. Dancer, teacher, choreographer, psychologist, actor, writer, producer and a human. He is walking in his Hollywood schues since his 16. He starred in the cult movie Breakin 1,2 or Lambada. He is the founding member fo the first locking group “THE LOCKERS”. This man sees talent in me. he gave me an opportunity to train direct in Los Angeles with the founding members of the true street-dance. I will learn all of the history behind I will meet the godfathers of Funk.

I feel like in the kung-fu movie. A rookie is meeting his master deep in the mountains and he won’t let him go until he’s finished. So I am on my way to became a peaceful warrior. I am honoured, that Shabba-doo has chosen me.


Training Methods of Shabba-Doo are among the toughest in the world. However, it is true that he produced the best Waacking & Locking dancers on the planet. It will be a ride. My mission is to learn real Locking directly from the source and bring this knowledge into Slovakia, Czech Republic and to the surrounding area. Where I will be fully competent, this dance show, but also teach later on.
This trip is a challenge for me and why I left nothing to chance. I have supported my immunity system tree months with a Green Barley and Wolf-berry. For some time I focus on spiritual development and nutrition so I decided during this intense life experience to test my favourite food, nutrition supplements, creams as well as essential oils. Gradually this blog I will bring their views and tests. My training program is very intensive, daily aerobic activity that I have not used to do. To cope with the large physical pressure on the body and muscles, I enlist the following all-natural supplements and raw from the Czech Republic. Thanks to company was willing to pay me these supplements support my health and performance while in LA.

Goji berries (fruit of Chinese wolf-berry) are obviously fruits with the best nutrition on the planet. Goji contains 18 kinds of amino acids (i.e. six times more than is present in a bee pollen), including all eight key amino acids (such as isoleucine and tryptophan). Goji contains up to 21 trace minerals (in particular zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus). They are the richest source of carotenoids of all known foods in the world, including beta-carotene (contain more beta-carotene than carrots). A high proportion of vitamin C and also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.

Organic cocoa beans contain a lot of natural ingredients such as serotonin (which counteracts stress), tryptophan (which counteracts depression), anandamide and dopamine. Cocoa is renowned as one of the most complete food in the world and contains high amounts of potassium, calcium, sodium, and also antioxidants, of which 10% are flavonoids. It supports my your stamina, conscious mind and a dance performance.

CHIA seeds
Chia seeds are one of the most effective, functional and nutritious food, known throughout the world. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, are full of antioxidants and proteins, contain large amounts of vitamins and minerals and is the richest known plant source of essential fatty acids. Chia seeds contain 32% fat, of which 60% omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid. Circulating tradition, the Aztecs during a conquering their country charged their power with consumption of chia seeds. The Mayan culture played an important role chia seeds staple crops with corn, beans, and amaranth.

Is an exceptional food and a wonderful source of concentrated and easily absordable nutrients. It is highly worthwhile substitute for protein powders. Protein in Spirulina contains all 8 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. Spirulina (blue-green alga) further comprises vitamins A, B-1, B-2, B-6, B-12, E, and K. Moreover, Spirulina adds minerals, trace minerals, cell salts, plant nutrients and enzymes, as well as high levels of chlorophyll and other beneficial dyes. Raw meat comprising 27% from protein, and even soybeans are made of 34% from protein. Spirulina is 65% complete protein, making it the largest source of protein in the world! In addition, our Spirulina is dried at low temperature (with active enzymes), so maximizing protein utilization over the heated proteins. That’ll take with you to build muscle mass.
